Police Clearance Certificate from District Police Office

Guidelines

  • Police Clearance Certificate application in own handwriting with three passport size photograph
  • Copy of Job offering letter/ work visa / other relevant documents
  • A Police Clearance Certificate from concerned Police station where the applicant is residing
  • A photo fixed and duly signed Conduct Certificate from a Gazetted Officer for the period not less than 3 years
  • Passport and its copy
  • Copy of any other two Identity Proofs (Ration Card / Election ID Card / Driving License / SSLC Book / Adhaar Card / Bank Passbook

Instructions

  • Photo should be taken within the last 6 months
  • If the Police Clearance Certificate is sought to submit in any Non-Governmental Establishments in India, Rs.1000/- has to be remit in a Treasury under the head “0055-Police-800-98” . Receipt and its copy shall also submitted along with the application
  • Application for Police Clearance Certificate with the relevant documents can be submitted during working hours in all working days before the District Police Chief, Ernakulam Rural, Aluva
  • Applicant shall be a Resident of the given address
  • After Police Verification, the Police Clearance Certificate will be issued to the applicant for the period in which he has resided in the Ernakulam Rural District.
